ABOUT ME
Tarkan Sen
Hi, I’m Tarkan, a personal trainer and physical therapist originally from Amsterdam and now based in Zürich. I studied physical therapy at the University of Amsterdam and earned a master’s in strength and conditioning from UCAM Sports University in Spain, blending clinical knowledge with practical training to offer personalized, science-backed programs.
I’ve worked with professional sports teams and athletes, but what truly drives me is helping everyday people move better, get stronger both mentally and physically, and return to doing what they love. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a goal, or simply want to feel healthier and more confident day-to-day, I provide realistic and sustainable coaching tailored to your needs.
I offer one-on-one and small group (1-to-2) sessions and speak English, Dutch, German, and Turkish, so we can communicate in the way that feels best for you. My approach focuses on building good habits, preventing injuries, and making progress that lasts — no quick fixes or shortcuts.
